A Local Care Worker Job Evaluation Framework

The Local Care Worker Job Evaluation Framework has been created as part of a project commissioned by us. The purpose of the Framework is two-fold:

To enable comparison between distinct roles and job families across Health and Social Care
To be used as the basis for role progression and to help promote the idea of career pathways and parity of esteem across all roles in Health and Social Care.
