Supporting the mental wellbeing of your workforce is essential, but knowing where to access specialist support can be challenging, particularly for smaller organisations.
The Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) is hosting a free webinar introducing Able Futures – a government-funded mental health support service available to employees, apprentices and self-employed people across England, Scotland and Wales.
Able Futures offers up to nine months of confidential mental health support at no cost, helping people manage challenges such as stress, anxiety and depression while remaining in work.
