Norfolk County Council are pleased to invite you to a Shaping the Market webinar showcasing the revised Safeguarding Professional Portal that went live on Tuesday 28 April.
As noted in the letter to care providers from Lorrayne Barrett, Director of Social Work, Quality and Practice – and Principal Social Worker (29th April), the portal has been significantly improved. Updates include improved performance and reliability, a redesigned and more intuitive form, clearer and more consistent language, and a substantial reduction in questions (from 90 to 40).
